Our choir members, past and present…

Meet Fizz, our new member and mascot.

Fizz is learning to be a guide dog for someone with sight loss. Fizz lives with one of our members (a’puppy raiser’). One phase of training is all about socialising and experiencing new things.  Fizz came to choir at three months old, she is now one year old and progressing well with her puppy training. She is off to ‘Big School’ in the next couple of months.

She has attended choir sessions where she is learning to socialise with choir members and getting used to sitting quietly on her mat. Her time with choir has grown from 15 mins to an hour. She has been known to join in with some of her favourite songs.

Her puppy raiser family are going to bring up another puppy to do their early training so we will have a new mascot!

We had a very enjoyable time carol singing in Wymondham town centre raising money for Norwich Foodbank, who run the foodbank at Wymondham Baptist Church.
